I am suffering from fever and feeling much sick for the last 2 days. I cannot continue teaching for 3 days as the doctor advised me to take proper rest.
During my absence please appoint an instructor to my class so that students will not suffer the cause. Kindly approve my leave for 3 days, I will be very thankful to you. I have attached medical certificate with this application for reference.
